Conversion of barn to dwelling with reinstatement of central section with a traditional brickwork construction with pantile roof to replace current portal frame element; various internal alterations to include relocation of staircase and insertion of walls, windows and doors. Outer barns retained and converted with 'lean too' pole barn to the rear to be replaced with single flat roof structure.

Works to provide additional storey including increase in eaves and ridge height, hip to gable conversion, installation of rooflights, alterations to the fenestration and construction of two dormer windows.
