Amendment to planning permission ref 21/04940/FULL6: 1. Reduction in total number of windows 2. Reduction is total number of external doors 3. Reduction in total number of roof lights 4. Removal of the window arches to keep the design square and accommodate mechanical ventilation within the extension 5. Redesign of the external patio area 6. Relocation of the external gazebo 7. Addition of a side window to the utility room for ventilation purposes.

Amendment to planning ref: 21/02996/FULL6: External render to match main building to replace composite wall planks. Replace high level windows with windows to match main building.
