Minor Material Amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the variation of the approved plans under condition 2 of planning permission 21/01689/FULL1 granted for demolition of existing bungalow and erection of new detached house containing 5 apartments and associated bin storage, bike and car parking in order to change windows to UPVC windows on the front and rear elevation and exposed brick walls on the side elevation.

Excavation to existing and proposed rear garden (adjacent public footpath at rear of the site) to create single level amenity area" to allow amendments to the approved scheme comprising: increased ridge height, provision of rooflights and additional window, rear dormer window with accommodation within roof of new dwelling.
