Minor material amendment to planning permission ref: 20/05027/FULL1 (as amended by 20/05027/AMD) for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment with the construction of a new three storey building to provide a 50-bed residential care home (Use Class C2), including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping, in order to update conditions 2 and 26 to reflect an omission of the Air Source Heat Pump unit (ASHP), revisions to the energy strategy, and a change to the trigger for the submission of details of the photovoltaic panels

Construction of two/three storey block of 5 no. residential flats (4 no. two bedroom and 1 no. three bedroom) on land in front of Highlands, with widening/lengthening of existing driveway, formation of new vehicular crossover, installation of entrance gates and formation of pedestrian access, car parking spaces, associated landscaping and cycle and refuse stores.

Demolition of existing commercial unit and redevelopment of the site through the construction of a part one/two/three storey building to provide 8 no. residential flats with associated landscaping.
