Minor material amendment under Section 73 to scheme for which planning permission was granted at appeal under reference APP/G5180/W/19/3233665 for "Erection of detached three bedroom dwelling house, to include basement, ground and first floor. Creation of associated residential curtilage, vehicular access and car and cycle parking and refuse facility. Alterations to host dwelling including reduced balcony and repositioning of patio doors. Excavation to existing and proposed rear garden (adjacent public footpath at rear of the site) to create single level amenity area" to allow amendments to the approved scheme comprising: increased ridge height, provision of rooflights and additional window, rear dormer window with accommodation within roof of new dwelling. Removal of condition No. 7 of planning permission reference 19/04556/FULL1 (dated 17 July 2020 for erection of first floor extension to existing dwelling incorporating new roof, front porch, pitched roof over existing garage, elevational alterations and landscaping including fencing and retaining walls, formation of access on to Berens Way and subdivision of the plot and resulting building to form pair of semi detached dwellings) to allow changes to the gradient of the new access.
