Extension, loft conversion and remodel with associated alterations to create 1.5 storey dwelling. Works to include; demolition of existing garage and roof, full length side extension at same width as existing garage, raise external walls by 1m, new double pitched roof across resultant width of property at existing pitch.

Alterations to existing front single storey roof; new glass roof link infill between main house and garage; alterations to and additional fenestration; addition of rooflights; repairs to roof and walls of existing dwelling.
