T1 = Large mature Sycamore approx. 14m high. This tree is a worry to the owner as there is a cavity at the base indicating rot in the trunk and root system. The tree is also forked at chest height and has signs of decay into the fork itself. There are some minor signs of fungus to the left of the base which all indicates a weakening of the juncture.
