Proposed demolition of existing garage and creation/expansion of existing hardstanding at the North of the property. Proposed erection of a first floor (To match the existing footprint), a single storey side extension and single storey rear extension with a partially walled terrace above. Replacement of all windows/doors, installation of intermittent cladding and Brise Soleil (Overhanging roofing) and creation of a Chimney at the South elevation. Multiple landscaping alterations including the creation of a stairway and ramp between the proposed hardstanding and dwelling, to allow for the ramp to connect with the proposed First-Floor entryway, and creation of multiple external stairways at South-West boundary of the dwelling.

Proposed Loft conversion and raising of the roof ridge height with the addition of 1no. dormer to the rear (north) elevation and 1no. dormer to the front (south) elevation. Erection of single storey and first floor rear extensions and conversion of existing detached garage into a playroom. Alterations to the front access to include erection of a 1.8m high close-boarded fencing to the southern boundary, and widening of the existing front openings with new pillars and the existing steel gates to be removed and replaced with new timber and steel gates.
