New rear extension at first floor over proposed ground floor extension. 4m in depth to line through with below and 4.8m wide centered over the full width extension below. Off-white render to existing pebble dash finish. Render to match on proposed elevations. New lower patio, planting beds, retaining walls and 2no external stairs up to corresponding bi-fold doors.
