The proposed development consists of the following alterations 3.8m rear extension to form open plan kitchen living room space. dormer loft conversion, roof lights and replacement of all existing roof tiles.

Loft conversion to accommodate a bedroom with en-suite. This is following on from approved application ref. 19/00778/HHOLD The addition of 2no. conservation style roof-lights to the front roof slope (780mm wide x 1180mm high) and 3no. standard roof lights (940mm wide) to the rear roof roof slope.

Extension to mirror and match existing front gable end in size, scale and material use. New single-storey porch between existing and proposed forward protruding elements, with pitched and glazed roof over. New centered front door with sidelights to either side. New rear extension, at ground floor, to the full width of the original property and 4m in depth. 2no roof lights over, 2no bi-folding doors and 1no picture window. New rear extension at first floor over proposed ground floor extension. 4m in depth to line through with below and 4.8m wide centered over the full width extension below.
