Partial demolition of existing extensions, the proposals include a side and rear extension, a hip to gable loft conversion and rear dormer, re-roof and installation of a velux window, a new porch, and alterations to chimney stacks and soil pipes.

Creation of single storey, ground floor extension to provide property with new orangery. Demolition of north facing ground floor external wall and annexed boot room roof, to create internal flow through to new orangery and consistent roof form from orangery to adjacent annex boot room.
