Discharge of Clause 2.1.1 of Section 2, Schedule 2, relating to Affordable Housing Land Survey, of the S106 Agreement dated 29 December 2014, LBS Reg: 14-AP-1302 for: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of part 26 and part 16 storeys to provide 148 apartments (118 Use Class C3 and 30 flexible use C1/C3), with 1,800sqm (gross) of flexible retail space (Classes A1, A2, A3 and A4) at St Thomas Street and London Bridge Street (Concourse) levels, service area, three levels of basement including car parking (28 spaces) and associated hard and soft landscaping, amenity spaces and alterations to existing highways adjoining.

The construction of 32 social rented homes across two separate buildings (16 flats each), along with the provision of community facilities, landscaping and associated development.

Variation of Condition 4 pursuant to planning permission 19/AP/5380 dated 1st February 2021 for 'Demolition of existing building containing eight self-contained flats and removal of parking area to enable the erection of thirty-three self-contained studio flats with associated communal facilities, landscaping, refuse, cycle and amenity provisions'. The amendment consisits of: to change the wording of Condition 4 (hard and soft landscaping design), so that it can be submitted and discharged later.

Non-material amendment of planning permission LBS reg no 12/AP/1784 for the erection of three buildings (a 50 storey tower plus basement levels to a maximum height 170m Above Ordnance Datum (AOD), a 6 storey building - 'The Rennie Street Building', and a 4 storey building - 'The Podium Building' which together provide a mixed use development totalling 74,905sqm gross external area comprising: 11,264sqm of Class C1 use (hotel); 52,674sqm of Class C3 use (up to 274 flats); 1,316sqm of retail uses (Class A1 to A5); and 9,648sqm of basement, ancillary plant, servicing and car parking with associated public open space and landscaping. The amendment would increase the area which could be used as a drinking establishment (Class A4 use)

Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a 10 storey (plus basement) commercial building with two flexible A1/A3/B1 units at ground/basement level and B1 floorspace on all upper levels and  accessible parking/vehicular access and servicing from Ewer Street; 170 apartments in three residential buildings at 8,13 and 21 storeys (plus basement, including roof plant) with a flexible A1/A3/B1 unit at basement/ground floor level; parking/vehicular access from Lavington Street; 3 mews houses (3 storeys); new public realm; hard and soft landscaping; pedestrian routes; alterations to the public highways including widened footways, relocated parking and service bays, tree planting, resurfacing and associated works.
