Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 17/AP/3885 dated 14th February 2019 for 'Minor material amendments to planning permission 14/AP/3843 for Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to provide a mixed use development comprising a number of buildings ranging between 2 to 20 storeys in height (9.45m - 72.2m AOD), providing 830 residential dwellings (Class C3); flexible community use, early years facility (Class D1) or gym (Class D2); public and private open space; formation of new accesses and alterations to existing accesses; energy centre; gas pressure reduction station; associated car and cycle parking and associated works. The amendment seeks the following: Building S05 - Block 5C - mansard and dormers to 5th, 6th and 7th floors on north elevation, Building S06 - Block 6B - mansard and dormers to 7th and 8th floors on north elevation. To omit the mansards and dormers in these locations, and replace with brickwork, the design and specification of which will closely match that of the elevations directly below. To also add further articulation/ interest in the form of recessed brick panels to S05 block 5C at 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor levels.

Non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/0367 for: (Alterations to the site including alterations and extensions to listed buildings for a mixed use scheme to provide a new secondary school with sixth form (up to 1150 pupils), 199 residential units, 234 sqm of flexible commercial or community use (Class A1, A3, B1, D1, D2), a 139 sqm Gym (D2) associated landscape and public realm works, cycle parking, disabled parking and servicing access; and the redevelopment of land at Grotto Place for the provision of a new sports hall (1,452sqm) and external multi use games facility and landscaping.) The amendment is for the addition of a neighbouring flat roof as a private terrace to no. 22 Davies House (E303) including terrace enclosure on the north and south side and forming access door through the existing wall of the flat.
