Non-material amednment to planning permission 18/AP/3081 dated 02/01/2019 in respect of 'Demolition of existing 2 storey dwelling and construction of 6x4 bedroom houses with associated car parking, bin and bike stores; and landscaped gardens' Amendments to include a change in landscaping and cladding material, alterations to the fenestration, basement and internal arrangements and the installation of solar panels on the roof.

Construction of two additional floors (a full floor and attic floor) to be built on top of the existing 2-storey dwellinghouse to convert resulting property into 2x3-bedroom maisonettes together with associated cycle parking and alterations to the existing front parking area of the property to introduce more soft landscaping.
