Non-material amednment to planning permission 18/AP/3081 dated 02/01/2019 in respect of 'Demolition of existing 2 storey dwelling and construction of 6x4 bedroom houses with associated car parking, bin and bike stores; and landscaped gardens' Amendments to include a change in landscaping and cladding material, alterations to the fenestration, basement and internal arrangements and the installation of solar panels on the roof.

Non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/0367 for: (Alterations to the site including alterations and extensions to listed buildings for a mixed use scheme to provide a new secondary school with sixth form (up to 1150 pupils), 199 residential units, 234 sqm of flexible commercial or community use (Class A1, A3, B1, D1, D2), a 139 sqm Gym (D2) associated landscape and public realm works, cycle parking, disabled parking and servicing access; and the redevelopment of land at Grotto Place for the provision of a new sports hall (1,452sqm) and external multi use games facility and landscaping.) The amendment is for the addition of a neighbouring flat roof as a private terrace to no. 22 Davies House (E303) including terrace enclosure on the north and south side and forming access door through the existing wall of the flat.
