Details of Condition 4 - Details of the facing materials to be used required by planning permission dated 01/02/2017 [LBS Ref 16/AP/4938] for 'Construction of a roof extension to both buildings, creating 1 no. one-bedroom unit; 1 no. two-bedroom unit and additional residential floorspace. Replacement of the existing windows and replacement cladding panels and painting to brick work'.

Construction of a four storey residential block with a pitched roof whilst retaining the footprint of the building. At ground level the elevations to the north and west will remain as yellow London stocks. The upper floors will be a combination of Stowe render and timber windows and shutters. The roof will be pitched and clad in standing seam, terne steel with Velux windows. External walls will be Timber framed. Solar collection and ground source heat pumps will offset grid-based energy.
