Minor material amendment to planning permission ref. 12/AP/1784 (approved 14.12.2012) for "Application made under the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 for the erection of three buildings (a 50 storey tower plus basement levels to a maximum height 170m Above Ordnance Datum (AOD), a 6 storey building - 'The Rennie Street Building', and a 4 storey building - 'The Podium Building') which together provide a mixed use development totalling 74,905sqm gross external area comprising: 11,267sqm of Class C1 use (hotel); 52,674sqm of Class C3 use (up to 274 flats); 1,316sqm of retail uses (Class A1 to A5); and 9,648sqm of basement, ancillary plant, servicing and car parking with associated public open space and landscaping." Amendment sought: Variation of Condition 21 'Service and Delivery Activity' to amend the wording of the condition relating to delivery hours and practice at Unit 23 (occupied by Gail's bakery).

Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref. no. 20/AP/2832: Prior approval notification under Schedule 2, Part 20, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) for the construction of two additional storeys to provide 5 additional flats (3 x 1-bedroom flats on the 3rd floor, and 2 x 2-bedroom 3 person flats on the 4th floor). A lift will be added internally, and additional bin storage and bicycle parking will be provided. Variation sought: Proposed additional lift overrun.

Variation of Condition 7 to read The wheelchair accessible units hereby approved shall be constructed to meet the National Housing Standards 2015 Approved Document M4 (3) Category 3 Wheelchair User Dwellings, in respect of planning permission 15-AP-0613 for: Variation of Condition 1, approved plans, of planning permission 14-AP-3569 for: Variation of condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission dated 12/09/2014 ref 14/AP/0257 to allow: the demolition of the existing snooker hall and the mixed use redevelopment of the site to involve the erection of a five-storey development with basement level to include a new snooker hall (D2 Use) 698 sqm, ground floor Class D2 use, 31 residential units (5 x 1 bed, 20 x 2 bed & 6 x 3 bed), hard and soft landscaping, associated private and communal open space, service / delivery area, 2 no. parking spaces for people with disabilities and all other associated infrastructural works: Variation allows the addition of 22sqm to the basement floor area. The provision of second bedrooms in flats 9, 18, 19 and 26 (with a consequential increase of 22sqm floor area). Minor changes to window arrangements.

Details of Condition 9 'Hard & Soft Landscaping' as required by planning permission LBS reg no 19/AP/0297 - Variation of Condition 2 - Approved Plans for planning application 16/AP/3968 (Construction of a seven-storey residential development containing 17 dwellings for social rent, consisting of 4 x 1 bed flats, 9 x 2 bed flats and 4 x 3 bed flats.) The changes consist of alterations of entrance, plant and refuse areas at ground floor, minor layout alterations on the upper floor and elevations.
