Conversion of existing residential dwelling (house in multiple occupation) to one 2-bed flat and two 1-bed flats- revised application

De conversion of the two flats back to a single family dwelling house.

Non-material amendment following planning permission 21/AP/4724 (Construction of a part single, part two storey extension at lower ground and ground floor levels, and the enlargement of the existing front lightwell. Conversion of two flats into one dwelling house) to: Add skylights to the lower ground floor (LGF) and upper ground floor (UGF) extension to maximise natural light into the space; Increase the floor level of the lower ground floor by 200mm to reduce excavation works and aid with drainage issues; Increase the height of the LGF parapet to match the height of the neighbours ( No. 124) and help with the internal floor to ceiling height; Slightly increase the height of the UGF parapet by 150mm to help with floor to ceiling height; Change the layout of the front LGF courtyard to match No. 124s with a bike store and steps running parallel to the house.
