Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission ref. 22/AP/3632 dated 31.03.2023 for the 'Demolition of an existing two-storey dwellinghouse and the construction of a 3-storey with basement dwellinghouse'. Variations sought: The eaves on the northern side of the proposed dwelling would be raised to the same level as the rest of the roof, the rear roof slope would be realigned as a single slope, the single rooflight on the rear roof slope would be removed and one of the rear dormers would be repositioned.

Variation of Condition 2 'Approved Plans' of planning permission LBS reg no 18/AP/2912 for the Variation to Condition 1 (Approved Plans), to planning permission 15/AP/0912, dated 27.05.2016 (which was a variation to permission 13/AP/1662 dated 13.12.2013 for 'Redevelopment of site the rear of 55-67 Upland Road involving the demolition of existing light industrial workshops (B1) and the erection of a 2 bed single storey dwellinghouse and detached habitable room (3rd bed), with access along the side of 67 Upland Road) to allow for Alterations to the basement and ground floor and roof geometry.

Non material amendment to planning permission 18/AP/3869 dated 11th April 2019 for 'Variation of Condition 2 'Approved Plans' pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/4450 for: (Conversion of existing 4 bed house into 2 x 2 bed houses; Demolition of existing single storey rear projections and construction of two storey rear extension incorporating an enclosed balcony area for both houses; Construction of rear dormer for both houses with one roof light to each front roof slope; Partial removal of front boundary wall; Provision of hard landscaping to front; Provision of two cycle spaces for each house.) to allow for (i) a full width two storey rear extension to both houses incorporating full width enclosed balconies above (ii) two additional roof lights to the flat roof of the proposed rear dormers (iii) retention of the first floor front middle window'. The proposed amendment seeks the following: Extend existing basement areas to full width of dwellings and replace rear dormers with pitched roofs to facilitate installation of south facing solar panels. The approved roof lights have been repositioned on the front elevation.
