The provision of second bedrooms in flats 9, 18, 19 and 26 (with a consequential increase of 22sqm floor area). Minor changes to window arrangements.

Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 20/AP/1119: Conversion of the existing first and second upper floors to 2 x 3 bedroom residential self-contained flats with associated refuse storage and the erection of a rooftop extension to form additional 1 x 1 bedroom flat. Proposed amendments include to: - Increase the height of the approved roof extension by 0.3m - Extend the footprint of 1m (width) x 4.5m (depth) to the northern elevation of the roof extension to utilise the existing staircase and internal reconfiguration; - Relocate the roof extension southwards by 0.3m with increases in depth and width from 13.8m to 14.5m and 5m to 5.8m respectively - Reorganise fenestrations to correspond with internal reconfiguration - Amend external material finishes from the aluminium framed glazing system and fibreglass resin roof to squared edge larch timber cladding, membrane roof and pine timber window frame
