Details of 'Construction Environmental Management Plan' for Block 6 only pursuant to Condition 2 of planning permission ref. 17/AP/3430, a variation of the original planning permission 13/AP/0561 for: Redevelopment including the demolition of existing depot building and erection of four new residential buildings of between six and nine storeys accommodating 69 dwellings and 137m2 of Class A1, A2 and/or A3 (retail/services/cafe) space, 9 disabled car parking spaces, cycle parking, private and communal amenity space including a new public square and landscaping, plus refurbishment and single storey extensions to the existing Bethwin Road playgroup building (Class D1 use) with associated landscaping.

A variation (minor material amendment) of condition 1 for planning application reference number: 20/AP/3252 dated 06/01/2021 for Construction of a three storey rear extension and single storey front extension to provide additional residential floorspace to existing flats (change from 9 x 1 bedroom flats to 5 x 1 bedroom and 4 x 2 bedroom flats): amendments - two storey roof extension over main builidng and five storey rear extension.

Variation of Condition 1 pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/1049 dated 29th March 2019 to extend the time frame for implementing the permission from 3 years to 5 years for 'Redevelopment of the site, involving the demolition of existing buildings and structures, to deliver a mixed use building of up to nine storeys (ten storeys including the mezzanine at entrance level) plus rooftop plant. The building will comprise 2058 square metres of new and replacement commercial floor space (Class B1) together with 56 residential units (Class C3) and will include the creation of a new basement, hard and soft landscaping, reconfigured servicing arrangements and other associated works. (This application represents a departure from Strategic Policy 10 'Jobs and Businesses' of the Core Strategy (2011) and Saved Policy 1.2 'Strategic and Local Preferred Industrial Locations' of the Southwark Plan (2007) by virtue of proposing to introduce residential accommodation in a preferred industrial location).'.

Variation of Condition 2 of approved plans of Planning Application 17/AP/1766 (Redevelopment of the site to comprise a four storey building with commercial use (use class A1/A2) at ground floor and basement and 6 x 2 bed residential units (use class C3) on the first, second and third floors, with associated car and cycle parking) to extend the building envelope toward the south-west part of the site resulting in an increase of commercial floorspace from 140sqm to 171sqm, changes to internal layout of residential units and removal of 2 no. parking spaces.
