Remove front pebble dash render, and re-render in a traditional flexible lime based render; replace front dormer; replace front windows and some side windows with painted timber windows; take down the bowing walled snug and dressing room rear conversion and the rear garden store, and erect a new extension in its place; Re-cover the front parking area, removing the in-situ concrete; install new oak doors to the garage in lieu of the projecting roller shutter and new boiler fanned flue
