Application for variation of condition 5 on planning permission 89674/FUL/16 (Demolition of existing dwelling with subsequent erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings). To amend the colour of the front vehicular gates, replace the stone blocks with bricks under the coping to the front pillars, replace the block paving with permeable SUDS compliant resin/tarmac and stone sets, replace the semi concealed iron railing behind the front boundary hedge to vertical green mesh, remove the side pedestrian gates, alter the length of the decorative gravel to the sides of the property (next to the fence) and change the dividing fence between the two properties (front and rear) to a different style of fence
