Application for variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission reference NW/21/00614/FUL for the demolition of a detached 5 bed dwelling with attached garage and a new replacement 5 bed dwelling with detached triple garage with storage above. This scheme seeks to use windows similar to those in the images on Sheet 202 (elevations proposed), as opposed to the window style in sheet 204 (elevations close up). This application seeks to remove sheet 204 (elevations close up) from the approved plans list under condition 2 of the planning permission reference NW/21/00614/FUL.
