Variation of Condition Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to carry out development without compliance with Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 22/03816/HOU (Erection of two-storey side and front extension, increase in roof height to existing dwelling, two-storey extension, first-floor side extension, and alterations to fenestration on eastern elevation to include the introduction of a Juliet balcony) to allow amendment to fenestration and accommodation in roof space with 3nos dormer windows and 5nos rooflights.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 220230 for the Householder application for the proposed raising of the roof to create additional first floor accommodation with 4 no. side dormers and 1 no. Juliet balcony, plus erection of a two storey rear extension and changes to fenestration. Condition 2 refers to approved details plans and drawings and the variation is to reduce the opening size on the front elevation first floor left hand window from 1200mm to 600mm in width.
