NMA sought: 1. To remove all the Kashmir Gold granite cladding to the ground floor dividing pillars and reveal the existing glazed bricks of the original building; 2. To introduce a bicycle hoist to the rear of the site to give bike access from ground to lower ground level; 5. To form a glass enclosure at roof level to Lavington Street elevation, where the second staircase has been extended one flight and now used as a secondary means of escape due to building control considerations; 6. Roof Plantroom Compound now reduced in size; To refurbish the windows on a like for like basis by replacing the existing aluminium gold colour to new double glazed aluminium windows in anthracite grey colour Ral 7016
