Details of external finishing materials, detailed drawings, open courtyard layout and landscaping, surfacing, access road/junction, enclosure, planting and external lighting submitted pursuant to conditions 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 09 & 15 of approval under Ref TP/02/2128 for change of use of existing agricultural buildings and land to residential (3 new residential units), demolition of modern agricultural buildings, conversion of existing barn and oast building s to residential use with alterations to the external appearance and erection of small farmstead style buildings for use as vehicle garage.
