Variation of condition 19 (approved plans) relating to application21/03165/APP (Conversion and minor extension/rebuild of a range of agricultural barns to create five dwellings with access arrangements, vehicle parking, landscaping and all associated works)

Variation (under Section 73) of conditions 12 (scheme of restoration and landscaping), 39 (mineral extraction and infilling) and 40 (linked to condition 13) of planning permission 17/03850/VAR for the variation of condition 40 (under Section 73) to allow for continued extraction, infilling and restoration of site for the extraction of sand and gravel and restoration to agricultural land using imported inert fill, creation of a site access road onto Horton Road, erection of a gravel processing plant, site offices and facilities, and formation of settlement ponds approved under (07/00590) (allowed on appeal).

Variation of Condition 4 of previously approved application reference DC/20/0716 (Part demolition of central part of the agricultural building and conversion of the remaining parts of the building to create 2No. 3 bedroom dwellings and 2No. 4 bedroom dwellings with associated external alterations, car parking and landscaping) to allow for a variation to amend the wording of condition (Habitats Regulation Licence for works).

Variation of Condition 13 of planning permission : CH/2017/0502/FA (Conversion of agricultural barn to three dwellings, associated landscaping and hardstanding) to allow for updated plans: including revised internal layout, localised lowered internal floor slabs, new and revised openings, changes to cladding, new partial external bay, new access track, revised parking and revision to tree works.
