Non Material Amendment to planning permission PL/21/1960/FA (Demolition of existing rear conservatory, remodelling of dwelling including erection of two-storey rear extension, single storey side extension, new rear roof extension, enlargement of side dormer with obscure glass and new side dormer, new rear gable window with obscure glazing, 2 side and 2 front rooflights and relocation of side porch to front) to allow for a hip to gable roof alteration with 2 gable end windows on the front elevation.

Minor material amendment (S.73) to vary condition no.8 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission reference 200452LBC dated 06/04/2020 for "Single storey side/rear extension (following demolition of existing conservatory); alterations to internal layout at ground, first and second floor levels involving: removal of internal partition walls; chimney stack; corner stoves; and removal of false ceiling in the attic; replacement of internal doors; and associated external alterations to rear elevation fenestration (Listed Building Consent)" Variation seeks to alter the wording of the condition to remove the obscure glass component.

New front porch canopy design and enlargement of first floor extension element above porch. Alteration of rear conservatory roof from hipped to gabled.

Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2016/01482/FUL dated 31st May 2016 for the "Demolition of an existing conservatory extension; erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a part two, part single storey side and rear extensions." Amendment sought is the alteration to the design of the ground floor rear extension to incorporate a lantern rooflight.
