Details of phasing of construction works, fume extraction and survey of railings, brickwork, concrete and render repairs and new works submitted pursuant to condition 2, 4 & 20 of approval under Ref:LBE/09/0033 for external works of repair to pavilion building comprising alterations to internal layout, installation of new services and fittings, installation of new finishes to floors and walls, external access ramps, lift, replacement glazing, replacement roof covering and replacement high level railings, 2 security detectors to south elevation, together with installation of turnstile to side, caged enclosure with 1.83m mesh infill panelled fencing and pedestrian access gates on north elevation leading from pavilion and pvc sleeved post and rail perimeter fencing (1.1m high) with mesh infill panels to sports field, covered and open standing terraces, 4 additional lighting columns (up to 20m high), two prefabricated dugouts, alterations to junction with Carterhatch Lane, widening of Donkey Lane, provision of pedestrian footway, laying out of car and coach parking to south of pavilion.

Construction of detached cartlodge. Remove all roof tiles and re-tile on new breathable underfelt and battens, re-using existing tiles and matching handmade reclaimed clay tiles. Brick up timber window formed in chimney breast. Alter and enlarge window to west elevation and fit metal framed window. Replace external front wooden fence with metal railings. Remove garage doors and provide a render finish, cladding the attached annexe building with black feather board. Replace doors on either side of the link (between the main house and annexe) with double glass doors and replace flat roof with a tiled ridge roof. Internal alterations to remove internal walls, cupboards and elevator, infill door openings install new internal walls and create new internal openings.
