Two storey side extension to dwelling house (two bedrooms) including a dormer window to the rear elevation - Variation of conditions 1 & 2 of previously approved planning permission 20/00904/FUL to amend the period of time for implementation and the approved plans

Non-material amendment to planning application ref: 2020/02024/VAR granted 11th March 2021 for the 'Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings), Condition 8 (telecommunications equipment), Condition 9 (plant noise levels), Condition 11 (Extraction and Odour Control system), and Condition 16 (Sustainable Drainage Strategy) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2019/00732/FUL dated 26th March 2020, as amended by 2020/03187/NMAT, for the "Alterations and extensions to the Grade II listed building including the demolition of the summer house, erection of a part-one, part-two and part-three storey extension and excavation of a basement beneath the extension, in connection with the use of the site as a 32-bedroom nursing home (Use Class C2) together with the demolition and replacement of front and side boundary walls, and re-instatement of a means of access to the highway on Daisy Lane." Amendments sought are changes to the internal arrangements and a window of the Listed Building, enlargement of the basement level, minor internal and external alterations including changes to roof level PV panels and plant enclosures and changes to the roof terrace screen of the extension building, and alterations to the landscaping and external ramp, including a new plant enclosure within parking area; clarification of condition 8; change of trigger points for submission of details for conditions 9, 11 and 16.' Amendments to the rear elevation planting and brick work comprising of installation of high quality faux planting and reduce brick protrudes to 15mm.

Minor Material Amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the variation of the approved plans under condition 2 of planning permission 21/01689/FULL1 granted for demolition of existing bungalow and erection of new detached house containing 5 apartments and associated bin storage, bike and car parking in order to change windows to UPVC windows on the front and rear elevation and exposed brick walls on the side elevation.

Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission B/01370/11, dated 05/05/2011 for Amendment to planning application reference N/15929B/08 dated 18/11/2008 for construction of new two storey five bedroom house. Amendments to include formation of a two tier basement as an alternative to permitted scheme N/15929B/08.`. Variation to include additional ground floor window and the change of the first floor window to a juliette balcony
