Removal of Condition 2 of permission 16/P/1944/MMA (Application for minor material amendment to planning permission 12/P/0444/F (erection of a 4 bedroom dwelling, re-positioning of cattery office/reception, re-siting of 5 double cat pens, alterations to existing vehicular entrance to the stables and the cattery and construction of a new boundary wall with railings on top between the garage and Dial Lane) to allow occupation of the dwelling not in conjunction with the cattery.

Demolition of existing flat roofed garage and construction of new home office and ancillary annexe, comprised of two floors with the lower floor set below ground level, use of timber cladding to match the dwelling, and new stepped terracing in the garden to allow access to the lower level. Erection of a trellis along the north-eastern boundary.

Application for the variation of condition no.4 (Approved Plans) following grant of 20/04422/H for the conversion of existing outbuilding to form home office with construction of toilet facilities. New garden store to the side of the dwelling - now proposed for the approved extension to be extended to the boundary.
