Creation of a temporary site construction compound in the rear garden of 77 Macfarlane Road in connection with the implementation of planning permission Ref. 2019/02691/VAR (granted 27.03.2020) at 66 Macfarlane Road, to include: demolition of existing boundary wall fronting Macfarlane Road and erection of 1.8m high timber hoarding with pedestrian access fronting Macfarlane Road and within the rear garden of no. 77, removal of existing garden shed and erection of two storey stacked office containers with external staircase, for a temporary period until February 2024.
