Retrospective variation or removal of conditions 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/1978 for 'Creation of a basement area and single storey rear extension to enlarge the existing two bed lower ground floor flat to a three bed flat; Single storey side/rear extension to existing two bed flat at upper ground floor level; creation of an enlarged hardstanding area; provision of combined refuse and cycle storage; construction of front boundary wall with railings; provision of new vehicular access.' Non material amendment to planning permission 18/AP/3869 dated 11th April 2019 for 'Variation of Condition 2 'Approved Plans' pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/4450 for: (Conversion of existing 4 bed house into 2 x 2 bed houses; Demolition of existing single storey rear projections and construction of two storey rear extension incorporating an enclosed balcony area for both houses; Construction of rear dormer for both houses with one roof light to each front roof slope; Partial removal of front boundary wall; Provision of hard landscaping to front; Provision of two cycle spaces for each house.) to allow for (i) a full width two storey rear extension to both houses incorporating full width enclosed balconies above (ii) two additional roof lights to the flat roof of the proposed rear dormers (iii) retention of the first floor front middle window'.
