Retrospective variation or removal of conditions 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 pursuant to planning permission 18/AP/1978 for 'Creation of a basement area and single storey rear extension to enlarge the existing two bed lower ground floor flat to a three bed flat; Single storey side/rear extension to existing two bed flat at upper ground floor level; creation of an enlarged hardstanding area; provision of combined refuse and cycle storage; construction of front boundary wall with railings; provision of new vehicular access.' The amendments include: - Revision of condition 1: vary design to rear elevation, layout of roof terrace and front yard to the upper ground floor - Removal of Conditions 3, 5 and 6: details of proposed trees, arboricultural method statement and hard and soft landscaping scheme - Removal of Condition 4: details of privacy screen on the roof terrace
