Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2020/02187/FUL granted 10th December 2020 for the 'Demolition of the existing building with the exception of the front and side facades, erection of a replacement part two, part three storey plus-basement with lightwells single family dwellinghouse; installation of 4no rooflights in the front roofslope; installation of a new window to the rear and side of first floor back addition; installation of windows at ground and first floor level, and a new entrance door at ground floor level to the front elevation; bricking up of the existing entrance door and installation of 4no windows at ground floor level to the side elevation; installation of new railings on top of the front boundary wall and a new pedestrian entrance gate.' Amendments to include reducing the size of the ground and first floor extensions, reducing the size of the basement floor extension, alterations to the rear fenestration at ground and first floor level, re-location of 1no window and infilling of 1no window to the side elevation window at ground floor level.
