Application of for a Certificate of Lawful Development for the proposed Change of use from office ( Use Class E g ) to Dwellinghouse ( Use Class C3a)

Lawful Development Certificate for existing operation - installation of ground source heat pumps for heating and hot water systems for Flats 1 - 16 and the Manager's office replacing electric night storage radiators. Heat supplied via 10 Boreholes and then transferred to each flat internally, where a heat pump is fitted at each dwelling. All excavations are within the curtilage of the flats, and the excavation is less than 0.5 hectare.

Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for an existing heating and hot water systems for Flats 1 - 24 and the managers office. The heat is supplied via 13 boreholes with a required trenching of 180 meters, the trench being 1 meter square, resulting in a total excavation area of 180 square meters. The heat is then transferred to each flat internally, where a heat pump is fitted at each dwelling to supply the heat and hot water. The project falls under the 'Town & Country 2015' Part 14, Class C as all excavations are within the Curtilage of the Flats, and the excavation is less than 0.5 hectare
