Listed Building Consent - Alterations in connection with the proposed change of use for the top two floors of current retail premises to convert them into a two bedroom, two storey flat including:- new windows, doors and rooflights; new RSJ and removal of the wall between the existing office and storage space on first floor; new partitions; alterations to the rear wall/roof eaves (raising eaves by 300mm) at first floor level, to form kitchen and access to outside; new staircase and circulation system; and provision of balcony and erection of balustrading.

Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans), of planning permission 18/5089/FUL dated 17/08/2018 for ` Partial demolition of existing retail unit. Erection of 2 storey building with office use at ground floor level and 2no flats at first floor level. Associated refuse/recycling store, cycle store`. Variations to include positioning of ground and first floor windows. New AOV window to the rear roof slope. Amendment to boundary wall/railings, to provide a buffer and visual separation from pedestrians. Column to ground floor to provide sufficient structural support to first floor overhang
