Also to remove illuminated pole sign and to landscape remaining area back to garden use as the hard standing area only accounts for approximately 60% of original frontage already in use as a garden then to fence in remaining open entrance as per fencing already fitted

Associated landscaping, refuse stores, cycle stores and amenity'. Removal of condition as it is not applicable
