Application for a non-material amendment following grant of application 19/05834/H for the demolition of existing single-storey detached garage and replacement with single-storey ancillary building, plus associated landscaping. Remodelling of entrance lobby and sundry alterations to ground floor of existing house - now proposed changes to the list of proposed replacement trees, and change to location from the east border to the south border.
