Listed Building Consent for renovation and repair of the storage building to the east of the front facade, repair of brickwork to boundary wall on the east of the front façade, repairs to the dwarf boundary wall on edging to the east of the driveway, resurfacing of the driveway, and reinstatement of the boundary wall to the east and west of the entrance gates. Repair and renovation of frost damaged masonry to the raised terrace, Portland stone steps and York stone raised terrace, and glazed veranda canopy to the south facade.
