All within W1 - T1 Oak Tree (on map)- Rear Boundary beyond stream - Reduce back to rear lawn boundary line,to previous cutting points 2-3m off; T2 Sycamore (on map) - Rear boundary beyond stream - Reduce height by 4m, reduce house side back to the edge of the ditch/stream approx. 3m; T3 Sycamore (on map) - Rear boundary beyond stream - Reduce height by 3-4m, reduce house side to edge of ditch/stream approx. 2-3m. Reason: To control the size of the trees for their location (they are on the edge of a steam/ditch. Also to allow more light into the rear of the property.

G1 - Woodland Tree Line - Located on boundary, to rear/side of No. 64 Boundary Way. Consisting of 2x Mature Sycamore shown as T1 & T2, located close to the boundary line, with considerable overhang to property and garden area of no.64. Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. Remove or carry our end-weight reduction to lower limbs in close proximity to house roof line, to provide suitable crown clearance from roofline of property block. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

From 1st site plan, titled 'Cley Road Trees' T1 - Large cedar to crown raise to 4.2m. T2 - Large apple tree to pollard at approx 2.5m. T3 and T4 - Part of a line of long lapsed pleached lime. The rest of the line (G1) will be pollarded back to old cuts at 3.6m and an attempt made to re-establish the foliage of the lower crown to meet the original function of the pleached line of trees. T3 and T4 will be removed to open up the area near the house. T5 - Rosemary-leaved willow to pollard to approx half of current height and remove small stem to the right G2 - line of small trees along the boundary to prune to hold at approx current height (max 0.5m prune) T6 and T7 - Portuguese laurel and cherry laurel to reduce by approx 1/3 (up to 2.5m reduction) T8 - Large bay to reduce the height by approx 50% (up to 4m reduction) T9 - Tall bay to reduce by approx 3m. From 2nd site plan, 'Cley Road Trees 2' T10 and T11 - Sycamore and ash with low branches and close to neighbouring house to crown raise both trees to approx 6m. T12 - Ivy covered laburnum to remove to low stump.

1. Sycamore, reduce crown to previous pollard points adjacent to the entrance of the garage. 2. Oak tree, reduce crown height & spread by 30% on the boundary between Sidney House and Uppingdene House. 3. Lime tree, reduce crown to previous pollard points (approx. 30% from current height & spread) in the garden of Sidney House, behind the garage.

Also includes storm damaged/ dead trees - Removal of dead/dying and dangerous trees, cutting back of Laurel along the highway to maintain width and height clearance for vehicles and to create a maintained boundary. General tidying of understory. Width of hedge will reduce by 1m due to clearance from highway. Overall height will not change. G4 - Group of Cypress - remove to ground level and stump grind. G5 - Hazel - re-coppice. H1 - reduce hedge line to lowest existing point. H2 - Yew hedge reduce to previous and trim back to maintain. G6 - Laurel - remove and stump grind. Additional understory areas to clear with green climber (LV800) - (expansion of G2 to clear all understory on the southern boundary up to the existing hedgeline and the low level scrub around the pool house. G7 - to tidy shrubbery/vegetation around adjacent cottage and clear driveway. G8 - remove line of ornamental trees adjacent to tennis court and grind stumps. H3 - newly planted Laurel to level top and lightly trim side

Ash tree on the boundary of 15 School Lane and the field to the rear locally known as 'Home Meadow'. It is the only tree on the rear of 15 School Lane property boundary. Reduce overhanging branches by up to 2 metres.

Hampshire County Council (HCC) have identified an Ash tree with large dead branches overhanging Blaegrove Lane which constitutes a highway hazard. Please see the location plan with the location of the tree marked with an X, also HCC's letter to Mrs Parsons with a picture on Page 3 of that letter showing the location. The tree is on the boundary of the field adjacent to Old School House. Both the field and Old School House are owned by Mrs Pamela Parsons. Permission is sought for the removal of the dead branches overhanging Blaegrove Lane and any other part of the tree which is identified as unsafe by the company engaged to do the work. The tree is due to be inspected on Saturday 2nd December by Chris Brennan of Brennan Landscpapes.

Works to laterally reduce 10no. leylandii trees back to residential boundary line of School House, covered by Tree Preservation Order SGTPO 633 dated 9th September 2009

Holme Oak - To remove 5 branches back to trunk as shown on accompanying photograph. The branches are approx 15ft - 20ft in length each. The tree is just outside the boundary at the rear of the property in an unkempt field. The branches are overhanging into the garden and are getting closer to the house.
