T1 - Willow, reduce height and crown to top of trunk removing all branches and leaving approximate tree height of 18ft. Reasons- to reduce sway of trunk and improve health of tree. Tree is oversized for location close to domestic dwellings and overhanging telecommunications line. Tree located to rear side boundary.

T1 - Yew tree. Target pruning of two branches and reshaping of tree as necessary. T2 to T4 - Yew trees. Reduce laterally by approximately 1.5-2m to clear pool and poolside. Crown raise to a maximum of 3m above ground level. T5 - Conifer boundary line. Reduce to match height of adjacent cube hedges, in order to give clearance of telephone lines. 2 x Holly trees adjacent to T6 - remove to reduce shading to Yew and allow Yew to fill the space. T6 to T7 - Yew trees. Reduce laterally by 1m to prevent encroachment on the house and to clear/provide light for the avenue. T8 - Horse Chestnut. Fell to ground level. Tree has been extensively reduced in the past due to telecoms works.

Eucalyptus tree located against boundary wall on West Hill Lane - fell tree removing it from site. Replace with two Native trees (Oak and Linen tree) in locations to be confirmed within the Boundary of the Property. Reason - protection of historic Cob wall and to save adjacent native trees currently being killed by the Eucalyptus and the canopy of the tree has put telecoms lines under threat

Application for approval of details reserved by condition pursuant to conditions 13 (all public footpath routes through the site shall be protected and/or diverted in accordance with statutory procedures), 22 (a 'soil reuse strategy'), 23 (details of soft landscaped areas), 30 (details of badger appropriate mitigation scheme), 32 (a detailed method statement identifying whether trees have potential for bat roosts), 34 (details of the position of existing landscape features including trees, large shrubs and hedges both within the site and overhanging the site boundary), 35 (Landscape scheme), 36 (a detailed scheme for the future maintenance and management of the proposed amenity and landscape area(s)), 40 (a scheme for noise mitigation measures to protect occupiers of the proposed dwellings from the access roads and/or rail noise), 43 (Lighting strategy), 44 (details of all external materials relating to that specific sub-area), 45 (Surface finishes), 47 (a scheme detailing the foul drainage), 48 (Surface water drainage), 51 (a utilities strategy to set out a programme for the provision of water, gas, and electricity supplies and telecommunications), 52 (details of the strategy for the provision of underground utility services within the sub area) of variation to planning permission WP/15/00605/VAR.

H1 Leylandii Hedge - Trim sides and reduce part of top of hedge to previous height of 2-2.5m. T1 Blue Atlas Cedar - Reduce / give clearance of tree around telecom / power lines by 0.25m. T2 Holly - Reduce by approximately 0.5m-0.8m and trim sides to maintain the tree below telecoms lines. T3 Plum Cherry - Remove branches overhanging guttering/thatched roof, reduce remainder of tree by up to 1.5m to improve clearance from thatched roof. T4 Ornamental Cherry - Reduce crown by up to 1.5m. T5 Crab Apple - Reduce crown by up to 1.5m. G1 Various overhanging species (From neighbours) - Reduce small lateral diameter branches back by 0.5m to maintain to boundary. T6 Olive - Reduce by up to 1m to maintain from adjacent building roof and maintain tree to suitable size for location on raised bed. T7 Lilac - Remove stem nearest/touching thatched roofing and reduce remaining nearest stem by up to 1m to prevent contact with roof can be maintained in the future.
