Namely: Revise site access to utilise existing site access on western boundary and alter layout of car parking and buggy store. Remove condition 5 as dropped kerbs no longer required.

Erect ancillary community centre, 8No. shops (class A.1) with 8No. key workers apartments over in two-storey building, two-storey medical centre (GP, dental, optician, and dispensing chemist), and construct single-storey office and Maintenance Buildings. Lay Out Amenity and Sports Facilities Including Outdoor Swimming Pool, tennis courts, allotments and open spaces. Lay out estate roads, footpaths and surface water drainage infrastructure including swales and detention Basin. Form vehicular and pedestrian accesses onto B1010 Maldon Road and Tinkers Hole, and create associated hard and soft landscaping))) to accommodate amendment to site access, revised external materials and enclosures for refuse storage and external plant/machinery.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) following grant of planning permission 17/02026/VAR granted 19/01/2018 to vary planning permission 15/01584/FUL for Abbeyfield retirement living 'Extra Care' proposal for 100 no. apartments with associated communal facilities including hall, gym, bistro, craft, IT/Library, hair & beauty salon, cinema room, meeting spaces and garden conservatory lounge set within landscaped courtyards. Variation would allow revision of site boundary, layout and elevational changes.
