Prior Notification (Householder) - We propose for a single storey extension to be built at the rear of our property, 6.30m wide by 6m long. We currently have an outside toilet which we plan to bring inside the property allowing us to have a downstairs toilet for the family to use, we will also have a utility room next to this, along with an open plan, kitchen, dining room which will lead into a lounge area. We will have a door leading into the utility room along with bi fold doors to enter the property with. We will be having a pitched roof with 3 velux windows installed for extra light. We won't be going right up against our boundary lines but coming in 15cm to save any problems in the future.
