Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will be flat roof. The existing conservatory will be removed which is 3 x 3m. The new extension will be 6m depth 2.4 high. I have attached drawings and photos. All new building will be the same materials as bungalow.

Lawful Development Proposed -The property is a bungalow where the lounge / dining room is to the rear of the property and currently has sliding patio doors into a conservatory that leads to the garden. This application is to remove the existing conservatory and extend the full width of the lounge / dining room to the rear by 3m. There is no change in access to the property. The extension will have a pitched roof and the run off water will utilise existing services.
