The proposed extension would provide a larger living area/kitchen and an additional 3rd bedroom; timber clad with bi-fold doors out from the living space and 3rd bedroom out to the garden. A roof lantern would provide light to the rear of the living space. The addition of the extension and modernisation of the bungalow would mean that the building could be effectively insulated and it is intended that all windows are double glazed.
