Application to vary condition 3 of planning consent F/1996/64049 for the Proposed Erection Of Detached Bungalow. Condition 3 refers to the occupation of the agricultural workers dwelling hereby permitted shall be limited to a person solely of (sic) mainly working, or last working, in the locality in agriculture or in forestry, or a widow or widower of such a person, and to any resident dependants. The proposed change is to vary the wording to occupancy by a rural worker.
