Details submitted pursuant to ref:P13-02570PLA comprising of details of materials (4), hard surfacing (7), details of enclosure (8), biodiversity enhancements (13), details of external lighting (17), construction methodology (22), construction site waste management plan (23) and satellite dish / TV antenna (24) in respect of Redevelopment of site to provide 5 additional dwellings involving demolition of north barn and erection of a part single, part 2-storey block to provide 2 x 2-bed single family dwellings, conversion of south barn involving a part single, part 2-storey side extension to provide 3 residential units comprising 2 x 2-bed and 1 x 3-bed single family dwellings, demolition of conservatory to existing farm house and shop, off street parking and associated landscaping.

Conversion of an existing barn to provide additional living accommodation to an existing farmhouse. Removal of existing extension and conservatory from the farmhouse and the construction of a single storey lean-to extension. Removal of numerous agricultural sheds and outbuildings and the construction of a stable block consisting of seven stables, tie up area and yard, together with double garage, salt room and solarium.
