Prior notification for the demolition of existing conservatory and part rear side of garage to form a ground floor rear extension measuring 6m beyond the original rear wall, at a maximum height of 4m, and measuring 2.7m at the eaves.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Demolish the current Conservatory and build a brick room, knock through current kitchen and dining room to make a large kitchen/diner, social area. The extension will not come out further than the 4.04 m conservatory but will be wider than the current conservatory to a maximum 5.4 metres (currently 3.5m) Also current garage to be built into a playroom. Window to replace the garage door. Window will match the current lounge window making the property look symetrical from the road.
